Fort Saskatchewan Forged Gate Retrofit

Design/Drafting and fabrication and forging.

We were challenged to create a unique gate for this residence under a limited budget. We started with the exiting gate which featured strong rhythms in the old iron work, giving us a great foundation for our modern upgrade. We created a tubular frame, forged gate pull and a complex intertwined grapevine. Finishing off the piece were spinned, cross peened forged bands.
